Gentle yet powerful double-layer water-oil makeup remover formula. Effectively removes water-soluble or waterproof makeup, eye makeup and lipstick. Skin will not feel tight after use.
usage:
1) Shake well first, then wet it on a cotton pad, then apply it to your eyes or lips for about 10 seconds before wiping off. It can also remove make-up from the face and clean it afterwards.
