Refund Policy

• No refunds will be accepted after the order has been confirmed and payment completed.

• If cancellation is requested, related handling fees will be deducted.

• Discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Out-of-Stock Refund Guarantee
To protect customer rights, if an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for restock or request a refund. If a refund is requested, we will process and return the full amount promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is visibly damaged (non-human damage), defective, or incorrect, please contact our store within 7 days for in-store inspection and exchange. A staff member will assist you with the replacement.

Product Quality Guarantee

For personal care products, if any quality issue (such as discoloration, odor, sediment, oxidation, or drying) is found within 1 month of purchase, please keep the receipt and original packaging and contact our store for in-store inspection and exchange.

• No claims will be accepted after 1 month from purchase.

• As personal care products often contain liquids and multiple ingredients, and some do not contain preservatives, please store them in a cool, dry environment at 10–25°C, with minimal fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Use as soon as possible after opening.

Overdue Pickup

If a customer fails to pick up an order on time, SF Express will return the parcel to our store. Customers who wish to collect overdue parcels must bear the shipping cost.

• If a parcel is not collected within 3 months from the shipping date, the product will be handled by our company without further notice.
