How to Use (Recommended: 5–10 min, 1–2 times daily)

1. Apply serum or gel evenly over the face to hydrate and prep the skin.
2. Open the Planova main unit cover. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on. (The device starts in Low Output mode by default.)
3. Press the power button again to switch between Low Output and High Output modes.
4. Press the intensity button to choose a level (1–5 levels).
5. Slowly glide/massage over areas needing concentrated care (e.g., acne-prone areas and elasticity-focused zones).
